The Quantum Optics & Quantum Information Group (QOQI) at POSTECH, Korea, is dedicated to advancing research in the fields of quantum optics and quantum information. Our group focuses on experimental studies of quantum phenomena, aiming to explore the fundamental nature of light-matter interactions and implement them for cutting-edge applications. The primary research areas of the QOQI group include photonic cluster states, stationary light polaritons, quantum communication, and quantum and classical interferometric metrology. These research topics contribute to our broader goal of developing new techniques for photonic quantum information processing, atom-photon interaction, quantum cryptography, and quantum-enhanced imaging and metrology, with implications for the future of quantum technologies.
